2012-13 _________ - On the way to the Muskoka 70.3 in September of 2011, my wife and I were t-boned by a car running a level crossing on Highway 11 in Huntsville. The crash left both my wife and I unable to race or train for nearly all of 2012. 2012 was the first year since 1998 that I did not complete in one event.
Since October of 2012 I have been back to endurance training and have just started some intensity training in March of 2013. I have full racing intentions for 2013 including Ironman Mt. Tremblant and the Muskoka 70.3.

Course Record: Peterborough Examiner (a note here: I told the reporter that I had red wine with my friends the night before the race...we were camping at Emily Provincial Park - that got translated to "partied last night" which is not really the case.... unless a glass of wine is considered a party for triathletes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
